 1. 연소의 삼각형 (Combustion Triangle)

Combustion (연소)는 불이 일어나기 위한 세 가지 필수 요소가 있을 때 발생합니다. 이를 연소의 삼각형(Combustion Triangle)이라고도 부릅니다.

숯을 만들 때는 산소가 적은 환경에서 나무를 천천히 태워야 휘발성 성분이 날아가고, 고체 탄소 덩어리인 숯만 남습니다. 이렇게 만든 숯은 가볍고 고온의 열을 낼 수 있어 요리에 적합합니다.

 

 

6. 캠핑에는 어떤게 적합할까?

• Charcoal (숯): 열이 오래가고 연기가 적음. 요리에 적합.
• Wood (장작): 타는 모습을 보기 좋고 분위기 있음. 그러나 연기 많고 불 조절 어려움.

따뜻한 불빛과 함께 요리를 하고 싶다면 숯과 장작을 섞어서 사용하는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

It tastes sweet and warm, and it’s perfect for a cool night.

Then, I place the pocket on a grill over the campfire.
I cook it for about 10 minutes until the eggs are firm.
Finally, I open it carefully and enjoy my hot egg meal.
